Snow Day!!!
Tuesday night there was 65MPH winds (75 MPH is a hurricane) and it knocked out the power on pretty much the whole island. It was the greatest feeling to wake up early to go to class only to realize that school was cancelled. With no power and the sun out we had a beach day... we surfed, body surfed and then made pancakes. You might think pancakes on the beach is silly but they were divine. Hooray for gale force winds!
